orca digital is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist (Onsite) to drive performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other platforms. If you have a data-driven mindset, love optimizing ads, and are passionate about digital growth, we want you on our team

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing for performance improvements.
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports with insights.
  • Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Stay updated on digital advertising trends and algorithm changes.
  • Collaborate with the creative team for ad copies, visuals, and landing page improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 4-5 years of experience in paid media marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, attribution models, and GA4.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
