Job Description: Customer Relations Manager

Location: Defence Mor, Walton Road, Lahore

Shift Timings: 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Night Shift)

About the Role:

Biztek Apps is seeking a dynamic and professional Customer Relations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients, ensuring they receive top-notch services and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.

Understand client needs and ensure timely and effective resolution of their queries and concerns.

Proactively communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any potential issues.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

Identify opportunities to enhance client experience and suggest improvements to processes.

Regularly update clients on new services or features relevant to their needs.

Prepare and present reports on client feedback, satisfaction levels, and relationship health.

Requirements:

Proven experience in client relationship management or a similar role.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills with a client-centric approach.

Proficiency in using CRM tools and office software is a plus.

A proactive, detail-oriented, and empathetic mindset.
