- Facilitate business growth by acquiring and providing administrative services to new customers and identifying potential/dry areas to ensure an increase in company revenue.
- Increase customer base and generate business from all Sales Channels in assigned territory.
- Maintain the pace of order generation and installations to meet the targets of all products.
- Manage RD's & FSA's for achieving assigned targets in a timely manner as per quality standards.
- Coordinate with business operation teams for timely installation.
- Responsible for field management to monitor the DDs done by Sales Team.
- Increase awareness to meet assigned targets through Retail, Kiosk, DDS activities, seminars, and road shows.
- Ensure support to channels with productivity and ensure availability of stock to channels.
- Spend the day in the market and visit at least 20 outlets per day according to a journey plan.
- Know the total retailers in your territory.
- Identify potential areas where network is required.
- Ensure agreed score in regional and area scorecards.
- Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies.
Qualification:
- BBA or MBA (minimum 16 years education).
- Certification in Selling is an art will be a plus.
Experience:
- Experience in the field of sales & distribution.
- Experience in managing internal & external stakeholders.
