As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at PakWheels.com, you'll play a crucial role in driving growth and revolutionizing the automotive industry in Pakistan by managing and serving our customer base of used car dealerships. You will engage with dealership owners and sales agents, fostering strong relationships to help them maximize sales and optimize their use of the PakWheels.com platform. This role requires exceptional communication, sales acumen, and a commitment to customer success.

Responsibilities:

  1. Visit seller locations and manage car sales for all assigned customers and coordinate with onboarding, buyer helpline teams, and other stakeholders for timely execution of services.
  2. Manage all incoming queries (calls, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.) for all car stock and provide information to prospective buyers.
  3. Visit seller locations with prospective buyers for vehicle viewing and use proven sales techniques to effectively present and sell automobiles to prospective buyers.
  4. Ensure proper transfer of vehicles from sellers to buyers at the time of transaction.
  5. Provide daily and weekly reporting to managers in specified format.
  6. Effective execution of throughout transaction by following all important & key steps.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum Bachelor's degree.
  2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Basic knowledge of cars is a must.
  4. Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  5. Persistent, hardworking, and passionate.
  6. Comfortable with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Email, etc.
  7. Ensure maximum inventory as per the given targets of the sales.
  8. Manage seller's contacts (Call, SMS, etc.) for the onboard inventory.
  9. Keep in touch with the sellers every couple of days and inform them about the progress on the status of the vehicles.
  10. Once an appropriate offer is received, inform sellers and ensure the end-to-end transaction.
  11. Keep all the records updated at all times.
