Role Overview:

We are looking for a performance-focused Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team at Dandora. You'll be responsible for driving digital growth across multiple e-commerce brands, using a strategic blend of Meta ads, Google ads, email marketing, SEO, and other performance tools. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on data, understands consumer behavior, and knows how to turn strategy into conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Media Campaigns (Meta & Google):

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google (Search, Display, Shopping)
  • Create and manage ad sets, creatives, A/B tests, and audience strategies
  • Monitor performance metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPA, and LTV, adjusting budgets and bids as needed
  • Align paid media strategies with product launches, sales, and seasonal trends

Email Marketing:

  • Develop and manage email flows, newsletters, and automation campaigns for client and internal brands
  • Segment audiences and personalize content for higher engagement and conversion
  • Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, and optimize accordingly

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO efforts
  • Conduct keyword research, optimize content and product pages, and monitor SERP rankings
  • Collaborate with content writers and developers to implement SEO best practices

E-commerce Performance Strategy:

  • Understand client goals and consumer journeys to build full-funnel marketing strategies
  • Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversions using GA4, Hotjar, Meta Pixel, etc.
  • Create performance reports, dashboards, and client-facing updates
  • Stay updated with e-commerce trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing (e-commerce or agency experience preferred)
  • Proven track record of running high-ROAS campaigns on Meta & Google Ads
  • Proficiency in tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Klaviyo/Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Google Search Console
  • Strong understanding of email flows, segmentation, and conversion triggers
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategy
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and collaborative

Preferred Add-ons (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom CMS e-commerce stores
  • Basic knowledge of landing page optimization (CRO)
  • Ability to collaborate with creative and development teams
  • Experience in running retargeting and remarketing campaigns

This is an on-site position only. Office is located at Fortune Tower Shahrah e Faisal
