Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering collaboration and a results-driven culture.
    • Provide strategic direction, guidance, and support to team members.
  3. Digital Campaign Management:
    • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
    • Ensure campaigns are aligned with brand messaging and consistently reflect the company's values.
  4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives.
    • Provide regular, actionable insights to leadership and relevant stakeholders, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  5. Budget Management:
    • Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
    • Monitor spending and adjust strategies as needed to achieve objectives within budget constraints.
  6. Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing strategies.
