Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and financial data entry.

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, statements, and reports.

Conduct periodic reconciliations of bank accounts and resolve any discrepancies.

Contribute to process improvements and recommend strategies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Other tasks will be added, including being available as a virtual assistant, managing emails, following up on reservations, and handling documentation.

Working hours are from 3 PM to 11 PM; you need to be accessible and in front of your computer during this time.
