Sprint Digital is looking for a Customer Sales Representative to join our Customer Support Program within the Operations department. This role focuses on assisting our U.S. and Canada-based clients' customers with their queries, providing accurate product information, and ensuring a seamless sales experience via calls. This is a base salary plus commission opportunity, ideal for individuals who are driven to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

We are looking for candidates with experience in sales and customer service. Most importantly, we value personality, passion, and a strong work ethic. A U.S. accent is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to promote and sell products/services.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with purchases made through the E-Commerce website or help them complete purchases directly.
  • Build rapport with customers and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Recommend alternative products when requested items are unavailable.
  • Track and resolve any issues related to products/services.
  • Ensure consistent follow-up with customers for a seamless experience.
  • Handle customer needs and requirements with empathy and efficiency.
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Identify and act on rapport-building opportunities to enhance customer relationships.
  • Ensure monthly sales conversion benchmarks are met or exceeded.
  • Stay updated on system changes, product knowledge, and process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • O Levels/Intermediate or higher.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word.

Office Timings: Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (On-site)

Compensation: This is a base salary plus commission opportunity.

Monthly Base Salary: PKR 75,000 – 95,000, depending on experience.
