Job Title: Supply Chain Manager – US Market Experience

Reports to: Director/CEO

Industry: Retail (Convenience Stores, QSR/Fast Food Restaurants, Fuel Stations)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize supply chain operations for our diverse portfolio of convenience stores, quick-service restaurants, and fuel distribution businesses across the United States. This role demands a hands-on, data-driven leader with deep experience in procurement, vendor management, inventory control, and logistics—especially within the retail and foodservice sectors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Supply Chain Management

• Design and implement a holistic supply chain strategy tailored to the needs of retail, restaurant, and fuel operations.
• Forecast demand and supply needs for multiple business units with varying inventory and sourcing requirements.
• Ensure alignment of supply chain goals with business growth and customer satisfaction targets.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers for food products, fuel, merchandise, packaging, and other store/restaurant essentials.
• Build long-term relationships with national and regional vendors to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
• Monitor supplier performance using key metrics (e.g., fill rate, delivery times, quality issues).

3. Inventory Optimization

• Oversee inventory planning and control systems to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Utilize technology to manage real-time inventory tracking across all store types.
• Ensure freshness and compliance with expiration timelines, particularly for perishable food and fuel products.

4. Logistics & Distribution

• Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including last-mile delivery to stores and restaurants.
• Optimize warehouse and distribution center operations (internal or third-party).
• Coordinate with transportation partners to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveries.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with store operations, marketing, and finance teams to align on promotions, seasonal trends, and demand forecasting.
• Support new store openings and site transitions with supply planning and vendor setup.
• Serve as the main point of contact for operational disruptions affecting product availability.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or Supply Chain certification is a plus.
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in supply chain, preferably within convenience retail, QSR, fuel distribution, or grocery.
• Proven track record of cost reduction, process improvement, and vendor relationship management.

Skills

• Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities.
• Proficiency in supply chain software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Understanding of compliance, food safety standards (e.g., ServSafe), and fuel regulatory requirements (e.g., EPA, DOT).

Salary and Preferred Skills:

• Will be a combination of Base salary PKR 300k plus Pick and Drop, PF and Health Insurance.
