Our client is a global workforce solutions provider that delivers comprehensive talent management services. By leveraging advanced technology, expert consulting, and dedicated delivery teams, they help organizations streamline and optimize their talent acquisition and management processes.

Position Overview:

This is a highly administrative, detail-oriented role focused on reviewing and tagging contract metadata in the Ironclad contract lifecycle management system. The ideal candidate will have experience handling legal or procurement documentation, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently and accurately in a repetitive task environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review contracts and extract relevant metadata based on defined tagging requirements
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data within the Ironclad contract system
  • Match contract content with metadata fields and organizational standards
  • Identify and correct data discrepancies or gaps in the tagging process
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contract data is properly categorized
  • Maintain accurate records of tagged documents and processing status
  • Follow internal SOPs for contract administration and system updates
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with repetitive, structured data tasks
  • Basic understanding of contract structures, terms, and documentation
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines in a remote environment
  • Proficiency with document management systems (experience with Ironclad is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills to clarify or escalate tagging issues when needed
  • Ability to work US Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours
Preferred Experience:
  • 1–3 years in an administrative, contract support, or document management role
  • Familiarity with legal or procurement departments is a plus
  • Previous experience with CLM tools such as Ironclad, DocuSign, or similar platforms
This is a remote position based out of Pakistan.
