Job Description:

As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sourcing, purchasing, and supply chain of food and ingredients for our restaurant operations. Your role will involve vendor management, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of supplies. You will ensure that all products meet our high standards while controlling costs and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Minimum Experience: 4-5 Years minimum experience in Food Supply Chain.

Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Management: Identify, negotiate, and establish relationships with suppliers to secure the best pricing and quality for food and beverage supplies.
  • Supply Chain Management: Oversee the entire procurement process, from supplier sourcing to the delivery of goods, ensuring a smooth and efficient supply chain.
  • Inventory Monitoring: Collaborate with restaurant management to forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food products meet the quality standards required by our restaurants, maintaining food safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Cost Optimization: Manage and optimize the procurement budget, ensuring cost-effective purchasing without compromising on quality.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all procurement activities comply with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
  • Market Research: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and alternative suppliers to stay competitive in the food supply chain.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in food supply chain management, ideally in the restaurant industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in managing vendor relationships.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and procurement software.
  • Strong understanding of food safety standards and compliance.

Preferred:

  • Experience managing procurement for multi-location restaurants.
  • Expertise in sourcing both local and international food suppliers.
  • Ability to join immediately.
