We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Project Coordinator, with a focus on communications management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various projects and initiatives related to communication strategies within the organization. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of marketing and branding principles.

Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor daily, weekly, monthly reports of digital marketing department.
  2. Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting dashboard to management.
  3. Keep track of all projects, tasks, and timelines of the digital marketing department.
  4. Coordinate and organize daily, bi-weekly, weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly meetings of management with the digital department.
  5. Create agenda, record meetings, and provide minutes with action items of the meetings.
  6. Ensure the action items are in the system and monitor progress.
  7. Trigger issues and inactivity in the digital department in a timely manner.
  8. Coordinate with consultants, organize audits, and present to management.
  9. Organize meetings with consultants and auditors.
  10. Keep track of targets and inform management in the reporting.
  11. Provide support to senior management by preparing reports, presentations, and other communication materials as needed.
  12. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards in all communication activities.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or BCS.
  2. Proven experience of 2-4 years in Digital Marketing.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for different audiences.
  4. Proficiency in using various communication tools and platforms, including Microsoft Office Suite, Excel Pro Level, social media management tools, and content management systems.
  5. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  6. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving innovative communication strategies.
  7. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  8. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
