Job Title: Telesales Representative – Bilingual (Arabic & English)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite

Working Days: 6 days a week

Salary: PKR 70,000 – 90,000 (based on experience)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Telesales Representative fluent in Arabic and English to join our team. The role involves making calls to potential customers, introducing our services, addressing queries, and closing sales. You will contribute to revenue growth and customer relationship building in the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Make inbound & outbound calls to prospective clients in the GCC region, especially KSA.
  2. Promote company services, explain value propositions, and handle objections confidently.
  3. Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
  4. Maintain product knowledge to communicate offerings effectively.
  5. Follow up on leads and close sales efficiently.
  6. Meet sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  7. Record customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
Requirements
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, call centers, or similar roles.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills.
