Client Success Nutritionist / Nutrition Sales Consultant

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and persuasive Nutritionist to join our team and help convert leads into clients for our personalized nutrition plans. This role blends the science of nutrition with the art of client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Conversion & Client Onboarding

  • Engage with inbound leads via WhatsApp, email, and calls.
  • Conduct discovery calls with potential clients to understand their health goals, concerns, individual goals, health histories, and dietary needs.
  • Recommend the right plan from our offerings based on their needs, lifestyle, and challenges.
  • Confidently close sales with empathy, professionalism, and credibility.
  • Build trust and rapport to guide leads toward enrollment.
  • Follow up with prospects via WhatsApp, email, and calls.
  • Collaborate with the lead nutritionist to ensure client needs are met post-sale.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in counseling, coaching, or client-facing nutrition work is a plus.
