About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to craft seamless and intuitive digital experiences for our Fintech products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design user-centric interfaces that simplify complex financial processes, build trust, and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for web and mobile fintech applications.
  • Transform complex financial data and services into easy-to-use, visually appealing solutions.
  • Conduct user research, gather feedback, and translate insights into actionable design improvements.
  • Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and technical alignment.
  • Advocate for the user's needs while balancing business goals and technical constraints.
  • Stay up-to-dat0e
  • With fintech trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably within the Fintech, Banking, or Financial Services sector.
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Understanding of user-centred design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
  • Familiarity with financial products, services, and customer behaviour is a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
