Who We Are

We are building a suite of enterprise-level, multi-tenant applications using the Frappe framework, tailored to solve real-world business challenges in CRM, finance/billing, and beyond. While we may leverage existing Frappe apps like ERPNext where useful, our primary focus is on building our own applications from the ground up, following clean architecture and scalable patterns.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a Senior Python Developer with deep hands-on experience in Frappe — not just using ERPNext, but understanding and working with the core framework itself. You'll play a key role in shaping our application architecture, designing backend systems, and guiding the overall development process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and customization of Frappe-based solutions.
  • Design and develop high-end ERP modules using Frappe/ERPNext and core Python.
  • Integrate external systems and data pipelines.
  • Architect and implement multi-tenant, scalable systems.
  • Design custom reports, dashboards, and workflows using Frappe framework and APIs.
  • Design custom DocTypes, REST APIs, and server-side logic using Python and Frappe.
  • Build workflows, role/permission models, notifications, and scheduled tasks.
  • Integrate with third-party APIs and internal systems.
  • Develop and maintain REST APIs for third-party system integrations.
  • Ensure code quality, performance, and security across all layers.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems.
  • Maintain clear documentation for systems, modules, deployments, change logs, and user manuals.
  • Collaborate with frontend engineers and product stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior developers and perform code reviews.
