We're looking for a hands-on Python Developer who thrives on building, shipping, and iterating.

You'll architect, code, and maintain robust backend services, web scrapers, and AI-integrated

workflows. Expect to work with FastAPI, Selenium, BeautifulSoup, Django, LangChain, and

leading-edge AI frameworks. If you're tired of corporate red tape and want to do real

Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite) 5 PM to 2 AM

Responsibilities

  • Design and Develop APIs: Build and maintain scalable RESTful APIs with FastAPI and Django.
  • AI/LLM Integration: Leverage frameworks like LangChain, OpenAI, and other LLM platforms to build AI-powered applications and data pipelines.
  • Backend Systems: Architect and maintain robust backend components, optimize for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Database Management: Design and interact with relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers, data scientists, and product managers for end-to-end solution delivery.
  • Quality & Testing: Write maintainable, well-tested code. Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current on the latest AI, web automation, and Python ecosystem advancements.

Requirements

  • Strong Python Skills: 3+ years of hands-on experience.
  • FastAPI & Django: Production experience building and deploying web services.
  • Web Scraping: Deep expertise with Selenium, BeautifulSoup, and anti-bot circumvention.
  • AI Frameworks: Practical experience with LangChain, OpenAI APIs, or similar LLM tech.
  • Software Engineering: Familiarity with Git, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud environments.
  • Databases: Comfort with both SQL (Postgres/MySQL) and NoSQL.
  • Communication: Clear, concise communicator who can collaborate across functions.
  • Ownership: You don't just write code—you own features end-to-end.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with async Python, task queues (Celery, RQ), or event-driven systems.
  • Familiarity with MLOps, vector databases (like Pinecone, Weaviate), or retrieval-augmented generation.
  • Prior open-source contributions or a strong GitHub portfolio.
