We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

  1. Execute SME Lead role for medium to complex projects
  2. Design, Code, Test, Debug, and Record COBOL programs in CICS/VSAM/JCL environment
  3. Understand the Design and Requirements and develop and execute custom application features and functions
  4. Understand the BRD and break the requirements into MVP's and stories
  5. Collaborate with Architects, Solution Analysis, SMEs from various teams to drive the right solution and outcome
  6. Create estimates for medium to large size projects
  7. Create high level design and as well as analyse and develop code as per specifications
  8. Conduct peer review for design/code/Unit test results
  9. Follow standards and controls to ensure quality of outcome
  10. Support production deployment and post development implementation activities
  11. Perform application production support
  12. Able to support for development projects and provide production support as and when the situation demands
  13. Participate in and drive the Crisis Calls for production incidents
  14. Identify and work on system performance improvement
  15. Mentor junior developers in the team
  16. Stakeholder management
