Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of FTTH rollout activities.
  • Support site surveys, route planning, and documentation for fiber optic installations.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure smooth execution of FTTH projects.
  • Monitor compliance with health & safety regulations and assist in conducting risk assessments.
  • Maintain project records, reports, and compliance documentation.
  • Assist in liaising with vendors, subcontractors, and local authorities for project approvals.
  • Conduct safety inspections and ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) protocols.
  • Support troubleshooting efforts in case of network disruptions or operational issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Health & Safety certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) is required.
  • Basic understanding of fiber optic networks, FTTH deployment, and telecom infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of HSE policies, risk management, and workplace safety best practices.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools is a plus.
