This Position is responsible for,

  1. Managing issues related to loan management, medical approvals, leave management, vehicle repair and maintenance, and insurance for effective delivery of employee services.
  2. Handling staff grievances and queries related to HR and administrative issues in line with company policies.
  3. Maintaining industrial peace, harmony, and cordial relations with CBA and ensuring compliance with various applicable labor laws and CBA agreements.
  4. Responsible for the harmonious settlement of the Charter of Demand. Representing the company on various committees constituted under labor laws.
  5. Handling IR issues to gain maximum labor productivity and protect business interests and costs.
  6. Ensuring all mandatory reporting is timely done in compliance with various labor laws. Ensure registration of all insurable employees under EOBI, SESSI, and payments thereof.
  7. Assisting the HR Director in discharging his role as custodian of discipline and advising modalities to proceed with disciplinary action and make necessary arrangements. Initiate disciplinary actions in coordination with the HR Director and legal counsel. Responsible for seeking legal opinion on prima facie misconduct cases, drafting show cause letters, and verifying by lawyers.
  8. Coordinating with lawyers in preparation of cases for filing in court and formulating strategy to deal with. Represent management in courts of law and complete legal requirements.
  9. Planning, implementing, and heading the outsourcing functions including selection of contractors, systems for labor management, payments including to contractors and their staff, and handling related legal issues.
  10. Ensuring delivery of administration services such as employee-related facilities i.e. dispensary, cafeteria, change rooms, mosque, sports room, reception.
  11. Managing attendance & leave records, transport arrangements including company maintained cars, cafeteria services/arrangements, communication includes telephone, photocopy, and mail for efficient delivery of the administration function.
Job Specification

The ideal candidate should have at least a Master's Degree with 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational concern.
