Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Agent to join our team and connect with truck drivers and owner-operators in the USA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cold calling, pitching our dispatch services, and onboarding drivers to work with our company. This is an on-site, full-time position at our Rawalpindi office.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Call truck drivers and owner-operators in the USA to introduce our dispatch services.
  2. Sales & Conversion: Persuade drivers to sign up by explaining the benefits of working with us.
  3. Follow-ups & Relationship Building: Maintain a database of leads and follow up with potential clients to close deals.
  4. Objection Handling: Address concerns from drivers and provide clear solutions.
  5. Market Research: Stay updated on trucking industry trends, driver needs, and competitor offerings.
  6. CRM Management: Log call details, driver interests, and conversion statuses in our CRM system.
Requirements:
  1. Proven sales experience (preferably in cold calling, telemarketing, or trucking-related sales).
  2. Excellent English communication skills (fluent in speaking & writing).
  3. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  4. Basic knowledge of the trucking industry (load boards, dispatching, owner-operators, etc.).
  5. Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to meet sales goals.
  6. Ability to work night shifts (USA business hours).
  7. Must be able to work on-site at our Rawalpindi office.
