Role Description:We are looking for energetic, motivated, and goal-oriented Telesales Executives (CSR/Frontier) to join our Islamabad office. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Pitching products or services to prospective clients.
- Generating qualified leads and converting them into sales.
- Providing exceptional customer support and after-sales service.
- Identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Meeting and exceeding daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Recording and maintaining accurate data of all interactions and transactions.
- Following up with leads and ensuring timely communication.
- Conduct outbound sales calls and handle inbound customer queries.
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Maintain detailed records in CRM or call-tracking software.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align on targets and strategies.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and promotional offers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or call center environment is preferred.
- Strong skills in lead generation, persuasion, and customer relationship management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales quotas.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
- Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
