We are seeking a results-driven and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating sales calls, engaging potential customers, and closing deals over the phone.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a proactive approach to meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound sales calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Present products/services, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
- Understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
- Deliver compelling and persuasive sales pitches to generate interest and secure appointments or sales.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively convey information to customers.
- Effectively close sales by addressing customer concerns, negotiating terms, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and results.
- Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Address customer inquiries and provide additional information as needed.
- Provide feedback on customer reactions, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Generate regular reports on sales activities and performance.
Working Conditions:
This role primarily involves working in an office environment, making outbound calls during specified business hours.
