Job Overview

We are seeking a skilledShopify Liquid Developerto join our development team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise inLiquid, Shopify's templating language, and a passion for building high-performance, user-friendly online storefronts. This role involves theme customization, template development, and seamless integration of third-party services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Shopify themes usingLiquid.
  • Customize Shopify front-end and back-end to meet client needs.
  • Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, high-quality Shopify themes.
  • Integrate and configure third-party apps and APIs.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and technical teams.
  • Optimize site performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
  • Troubleshoot and debug theme and integration issues.
  • Maintain best practices in code quality, structure, and reusability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proficiency inLiquid, Shopify's templating language.
  • Strong knowledge ofHTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, andJSON.
  • Experience customizing and developingShopify themesfrom scratch.
  • Familiarity withShopify API, AJAX, and asynchronous JavaScript.
  • Understanding of responsive design principles.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
  • A keen eye for UI/UX and pixel-perfect implementations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience withShopify Plus,headless commerce, orHydrogenis a plus.
