We are looking for a data-driven and creative Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving user acquisition, increasing conversion rates, and maximizing ROI through well-executed performance marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and others.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, generating actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct A/B testing and multivariate experiments to improve ad creatives, targeting, landing pages, and funnels.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-performing ad creatives.
  • Manage campaign budgets, forecasts, and bidding strategies effectively.
  • Track KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates; report regularly to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM platforms to track user journeys and campaign attribution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance/digital marketing.
  • Proven experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and reporting dashboards.
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimizing for performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Basic understanding of SEO and organic acquisition strategies.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
