We are looking for Performance Marketing Manager with 4-5 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

  2. Optimize paid media strategies to improve key performance metrics (ROI, CTR, CPC, conversion rates).
  3. Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience.
  4. Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns and tactics.
  5. Collaborate with the creative, product, and e-commerce teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with product launches and seasonal campaigns.
  6. Monitor emerging digital marketing trends and platforms to stay ahead of the competition.
  7. Manage the marketing budget to ensure maximum return on investment across all digital channels.
  8. Conduct A/B testing and landing page optimizations to continually improve marketing performance.
