Introduction

We are looking for a talented Odoo Developer to join our team and contribute to the development, customization, and optimization of our Odoo system. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, Odoo framework, and module development, along with the ability to integrate third-party applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored ERP CRM solutions that enhance business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop & Customize: Design, develop, and implement custom Odoo modules based on business needs.
  • Integration: Connect Odoo with third-party applications and APIs to ensure smooth data exchange.
  • Optimization & Debugging: Identify and fix performance issues, bugs, and errors in existing Odoo modules.
  • Database Management: Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases for efficiency and scalability.
  • Technical Documentation: Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to understand requirements.
  • Testing & Deployment: Conduct testing and deploy Odoo modules in production environments.

Qualifications

  • At least Bachelors in Computer Science from a reputable institution
  • At least 02 years of related work experience
  • Strong proficiency in Python and the Odoo framework (Workflows, Reports, etc.)
  • Experience in Odoo module development, customization, and migration.
  • Familiarity with Odoo API integration and third-party connectors.
  • Experience with Linux environments, Git, and DevOps tools is a plus.
