Who do we look for?

We are seeking a highly talented and support-oriented Junior IT Specialist for our Integration Support team to provide excellent support for our internal and external customers. If you are excited about IT integration, eager to acquire new technical skills, and open to new challenges, then DSV Enterprise Integration Platform Team is the place for you. Our focus is supporting EDI/API processes and architecture across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform 2nd and 3rd level support on applications within the Integration area.
  • Responsible for support performance and follow-up in line with SLAs.
  • Plan and control own tasks using the ITSM tool.
  • Propose solutions to optimize process and teamwork efficiency.
  • Ensure support availability during agreed hours.
  • Share knowledge and document within the team.
  • Communicate proactively with the line-of-business regarding incidents, requests, and changes.
  • Support other team members as needed.
  • Participate in ad-hoc integration projects assigned by management and complete within deadlines.
  • Understand the IT organization and the role of the EDI Support team within the Global IT department.
  • Work in a multicultural, worldwide environment following the Follow the Sun schema.

Requirements

  • Degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of DevOps, OpenStack, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker.
  • Familiarity with automation tools like Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform, Azure DevOps, or ArgoCD.
  • Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Groovy.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Practical knowledge of using SQL for data analysis.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
