Responsibilities:
  1. Design, implement, and manage datacenter networks with a focus on high availability, security, and compliance.
  2. Configure and maintain routing and switching solutions on Nexus 7K and 9K series switches.
  3. Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline network operations and ensure consistency across environments.
  4. Document and map all onsite connectivity to identify business areas and stakeholders, forming the basis for migration runbooks.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand application requirements and translate them into network solutions.
  6. Implement industry-best practices to ensure network security, conduct risk assessments, audits, and ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues across data centers efficiently.
  8. Stay updated on the latest networking technologies and trends, recommending upgrades and improvements.
  9. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior network engineers.
  10. Document network designs, configurations, and operating procedures.
