Job Title: Visual & UI/UX Designer

Location: Remote

Job Summary:

Leverify is seeking a talented and versatile Visual & UI/UX Designer to take on a hybrid role that bridges the gap between compelling graphic design and intuitive digital user experiences. This role is ideal for a creative professional with a strong foundation in branding, marketing, design, and user interface design, capable of executing high-impact visual solutions across web, mobile, and print.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design high-quality marketing assets such as social media visuals, email campaigns, paid ads (Meta, TikTok), presentations, sales decks, and print materials.
  2. Maintain brand consistency across all platforms while evolving the visual identity in line with market trends.
  3. Create compelling visuals for product launches, promotions, and internal branding initiatives.
  4. Design and optimize user interfaces for websites, Shopify stores, and landing pages, focusing on usability and conversion.
  5. Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of UI components and interactions.
  6. Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and sitemaps to guide digital experiences.
  7. Apply user-centered design principles to improve engagement and performance across platforms.
  8. Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to align design with business goals.
  9. Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute to strategic visual direction.
  10. Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
  11. Prepare print and digital-ready files, ensuring proper resolution, formats, and brand compliance.
  12. Conduct quality checks and design reviews before publishing or hand-off.
Qualifications:
  1. 4 to 6 years of professional experience in graphic design and UI/UX design.
  2. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
  3. Experience with Shopify design, e-commerce best practices, and responsive design.
  4. Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  5. Familiarity with tools like Canva, Teams, Notion, or similar for collaboration.
  6. Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  7. Portfolio demonstrating strong graphic and UI/UX design work.
  8. Must be familiar with Midjourney, DALL·E 3, Adobe Firefly, Runway ML, Khroma, Designs.ai, Looka, Uizard, Canva Magic Studio, Visily, Figma AI, Remove.bg, Cleanup.pictures, Galileo AI, and Krea AI.
Nice to Have:
  • Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS for design handoff.
  • Motion graphics or animation experience.
  • Experience designing for Product Design for Shopify.
