The Senior UI/UX Designer will be responsible for leading the design of high-impact digital products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive UI/UX design to deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Conduct and oversee research to inform design decisions, ensuring a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to present design concepts that are visually appealing and functional.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering growth and collaboration within the team.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
What We Are Looking For:Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing work in key digital products.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.
  • Experience leading teams and working on global projects, with a proven track record of delivering results.
Essential Skills:
  • Strong visual design and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.
