Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Interior & Architecture Draftsmanto join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings and layouts based on project specifications, collaborating with architects and designers.

• Develop detailed architectural and interior design drawings.
• Experience of interior working drawings.
• Prepare layouts, plans, sections, elevations, and construction details.
• Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers.
• Revise drawings based on feedback and project requirements.
• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in architectural and interior drafting.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant drafting software.
• Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and construction methods.
• Attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.

• Knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, Revit, Lumion).
• Experience in site measurements and preparation of as-built drawings.
