The Dispatcher/Supervisor will manage dispatch operations, assign delivery routes, and oversee a team of dispatchers and drivers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.

What You Will Do

  • Assign delivery routes and schedules to drivers.

  • Monitor delivery progress and resolve issues or delays.

  • Coordinate with logistics, customer service, and warehouse teams.

  • Maintain accurate delivery records and proof of delivery documents.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

  • Supervise, train, and evaluate dispatch staff.

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience in dispatch or supervisory roles.

  • Proficient in English language, verbal and written.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency with dispatch management software.

  • Knowledge of logistics and regulatory compliance.
