Knowza Learning Solutions is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Project Coordinator with a strong eye for design and aesthetics to ensure our customisation-focused e-commerce website is always visually compelling, customer-ready, and rich in artistic quality. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach to product presentation, excellent design sensibility, and a passion for creating beautiful, interactive shopping experiences that reflect the uniqueness of our customisable offerings.

Position Summary:

As the Project Coordinator for our e-commerce platform, you will be responsible for the visual appearance, layout, and design elements of all products on the site. This includes managing customisation options, graphic elements, and product visuals to ensure a seamless, artistic, and engaging experience for our customers. Your work will directly shape how our products are perceived, experienced, and personalised by shoppers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curate and manage product appearance and visual details, ensuring each item reflects the brand's artistic standards
  • Design and update customisation templates and product mock-ups to showcase various user-personalisable options
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop banners, icons, category images, and graphics that enhance the shopping experience
  • Ensure design consistency across product listings, category pages, and promotional assets
  • Work with developers and platform tools (e.g., WordPress, WooCommerce, or Shopify) to implement customisation features and layout changes
  • Regularly audit the website to maintain visual accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment
  • Coordinate the launch of new collections and custom product lines, aligning visuals with promotional campaigns and seasonal strategies
  • Analyse customer behaviour to enhance visual merchandising and optimise product presentation for conversions
  • Bring a fine arts and design-oriented approach to every project—attention to colour palettes, layout balance, and aesthetics is key

Qualifications:

  • Strong background in graphic design, fine arts, or a related creative field
  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and customisable product design workflows
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools
  • Keen eye for aesthetic detail, visual storytelling, and customer-centric design
  • Experience in managing product visuals, digital merchandising, or front-end web coordination is a plus
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, technical, and marketing teams
