As we scale, we're looking for a strategic and highly organizedTeam Lead – Social Media & Podcast Content Operations to help us elevate our delivery operations and lead a team of our junior social media managers.

About the Role

As Team Lead, you'll play a central role in streamlining internal workflows, driving campaign performance, and ensuring consistent quality in podcast content delivery across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Spotify. You'll work closely with editors, creatives, and leadership—managing both people and processes—to ensure every asset meets brand, quality, and delivery standards.

What You'll Do

Team Leadership & Oversight

  • Mentor and manage Junior podcast managers, check scheduling
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback
  • Oversaw the editing process, adherence to client instructions & quality standards
  • Resolve delivery challenges and enforce quality standards

Workflow & Operations Management

  • Build and manage SOPs for planning, review, and publishing cycles
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure quality control of all client-delivered assets
  • Oversee task assignment and daily team output of team
  • Use tools like Trello, Notion, Slack, and ClickUp to manage operations

Client Delivery & Content Execution

  • Own content calendars and publishing pipelines across all platforms
  • Plan and publish episodes across YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts with supporting content
  • Ensure timely delivery of quality-controlled video, audio, and written content
  • Monitor analytics dashboards to ensure performance aligns with client goals

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with podcast managers, editors, content curators and creative leads
  • Oversee content reviews for quality and client alignment, managing team revisions as needed
  • Communicate proactively with clients, leadership about timelines and issues

What you Bring

  • 3+ years in social media management, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
  • Experience managing multi-platform content and team workflows
  • Proficiency in content planning, editing oversight, and analytics
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Analytical skills and knowledge of industry quality standards
  • Skilled in project management and collaboration tools (Trello, Notion, ClickUp, Slack)
  • Strong communication, time management, and quality control skills
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT or related field
  • Expertise in platform-specific content strategies (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Spotify, Apple Podcasts)
