Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior network engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing our network infrastructure, corporate network systems, and identity management. The main objective is to build and maintain high-availability network infrastructure to sustain online and internal IT activities of our users.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Provide expertise and assist customers, developers, and partners with network design decisions.
  2. Provide ongoing maintenance and implementation of network updates and patches.
  3. Recommend and implement standards, policies, and procedures to achieve agreed-upon service levels by tuning, maintaining, and supporting a breadth of network infrastructure.
  4. Develop and plan lifecycle replacement, coordinate outages, and perform performance tuning for network applications and hardware.
  5. Maintain monitoring and data gathering systems for network reporting and performance purposes.
  6. Establish and maintain working relationships with vendors to address and resolve network problems.
  7. Work closely with business stakeholders and developers to ensure smooth planning, implementation, and cutovers of network systems.
  8. Maintain the network systems roadmap for lifecycle improvements, upgrades, and capacity planning functions.
  9. Participate in all technical aspects of network technology, including short and long-term planning.
  10. Provide technical support, operations, and problem resolution of network infrastructure as required, including 24x7 on-call support.
  11. Provide support and implementation planning for business continuity and disaster recovery.
  12. Prepare and deliver presentations to a variety of technical and non-technical audiences.
  13. Manage identity and access, including the implementation and maintenance of network security protocols.
