We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Student Visa Counsellor (UK) to join our Islamabad team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the complete admission and visa application process for higher education in the UK. You will play a key role in providing professional counseling and ensuring students receive accurate, timely, and comprehensive support throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions for students aspiring to study in the UK.
  2. Assess student profiles and advise on suitable universities and courses.
  3. Guide students through university application submissions, including document preparation and deadlines.
  4. Manage CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) issuance processes.
  5. Assist students with UK student visa applications, lodging, and interview preparation.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK immigration policies, education systems, and institutional requirements.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.
  8. Follow up with students post-application and provide support during the visa processing phase.
  9. Maintain detailed records of counseling sessions and student progress using internal CRM systems.
Eligibility Criteria:
  1. Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
  2. Minimum 1 year of proven experience in UK university admissions, application processing, and visa lodgment.
  3. Strong understanding of UK education and visa requirements.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Proficiency in using email, Microsoft Office, and online application portals.
