Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Design and Project Engineer position in Peshawar. This role requires a professional with strong technical design skills and the ability to oversee solar system installations on-site. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure high-quality project delivery, from system design through to installation and after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

Survey & Design:

  • Conduct pre-sale and post-sale site surveys as directed by the line manager.
  • Prepare pre- and post-sale design layouts for Residential, Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar projects.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand energy requirements and tailor system designs accordingly.
  • Develop detailed design documents using tools such as SketchUp and HelioScope.

Project Execution:

  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure the timely delivery and installation of solar systems.
  • Supervise on-site installations and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the project team during the execution phase to ensure project timelines and quality metrics are met.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and support during the installation process.

Post-Installation Support:

  • Address and resolve after-sales issues at customer sites.
  • Conduct post-installation reviews and system performance checks.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.

Proven experience of 3-5 years in solar system design and/or project execution.
