Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Remote Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients through video calls. You will play a key role in expanding our client base of employers and driving our growth by connecting European businesses with skilled workers from Asia.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales presentations and meetings with potential clients (employers) via video call.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored workforce solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
