We are a forward-thinking Real Estate Developer passionate about driving growth through innovative digital strategies. We're seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to take charge of our organic search performance and lead high-impact SEO initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and manage advanced SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, traffic, and conversions.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend assessments.
  • Perform detailed technical SEO audits and implement actionable recommendations.
  • Optimize on-page elements, content, and site architecture for search visibility.
  • Oversee link-building initiatives and ensure white-hat SEO practices.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using analytics and SEO tools.
  • Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to align SEO with business goals.
  • Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes, industry trends, and SEO innovations.
  • (Plus) Manage, maintain, and develop WordPress websites — from technical fixes to SEO-friendly structure improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in SEO, with a track record of delivering measurable results.
  • Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Strong proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar.
  • Experience with WordPress development and customization (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead projects from start to finish.
