We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide three-tier (L1, L2, L3) support to all applications and assist end users.
  • Proactively identify issues in production through automated monitoring, historical data, and trend analysis.
  • Maintain scheduled jobs and troubleshoot processes.
  • Analyze vendor applications and provide operational support.
  • Document all production applications, resolve application issues, and respond to all requests.
  • Monitor performance metrics for various production systems, identify root causes of technical issues, and recommend solutions.
  • Analyze applications for upgrades and patches, and troubleshoot related issues.
  • Maintain effective relationships with system administrators and development teams.
  • Participate in periodic meetings, maintain applications for production, and plan strategies accordingly.
  • Publish GCP cost dashboards, set up alerting, and monitor systems.
