Responsibilities

We seek an experienced AI Solutions Architect to join our AI Solutions team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI Agentic Solutions with autonomous, proactive, and adaptive behaviors. This role demands a deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, integration, automation, and solution architecture, along with strong problem-solving skills and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

• Architect and implement agent-based AI solutions that are intelligent, directable, and efficient.
• Develop techniques for large language models (LLMs) to reliably author complex behaviors.
• Provide technical advice, troubleshooting, and analysis as a technical solutions expert.
• Work closely with clients to understand requirements and offer technical guidance.
• Customize Workato AI solutions to meet specific client needs, ensuring functionality and scalability.
• Develop and maintain scalable AI-powered IT workflows.
• Monitor and improve AI system performance for efficiency and reliability.
• Communicate complex technical ideas effectively to non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate AI workflows into existing IT frameworks.
• Ensure AI automation is fault-tolerant, efficient, and aligned with enterprise best practices.
• Create and deliver product demonstrations to support sales and internal teams.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and improve processes.
• Prioritize customer service and support throughout project stages.
• Participate from product ideation to implementation, supporting product management with technical and design specifications.

Requirements

Please note: This role requires supporting EMEA/US business hours from 2 pm to 11 pm IST.

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

• BTech/BE or higher in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related fields.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in design, development, and implementation.
• Proven experience in AI engineering focusing on agent-based systems.
• Ability to design and implement scalable AI-driven workflows improving IT operations.
• Experience with integration projects, automation technologies, middleware, APIs, SOA, ESB, BPM, SDKs, and databases.
• Experience with platforms like TIBCO, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, and cloud technologies is a plus.
• Strong API knowledge (RESTful, SOAP/XML), data structures (JSON), and database expertise.
• 2-3 years coding experience in Java/Python/Ruby.
• Understanding of industry trends in app integration, microservices, API architecture, event-driven architecture, and automation (BPM, RPA).
