The job in short

As an experienced Solution Architect, you will onboard and mentor new Solution Architects. You will actively collaborate with R&D on product improvements, new features, and architectural platform requirements. Part of your role involves participating in one or more CSTs for clients. You will exemplify core values, demonstrate a passion for growing people, and improving ways of working. Additionally, you will participate in coaching, mentoring, and onboarding new SAs in the team.

Meet the job

● Participate in short-term sales cycles;

● Adapt quickly as you work on multiple cycles in parallel;

● Convince customers of a future with Backbase;

● Work on internal knowledge base (slides and documents) and share knowledge.

How about you?

● Minimum of 10 years in IT;

● Minimum of 5 years of architecture experience in a customer-facing/consulting role;

● (Preferably) 3 years of financial services, banking, or fintech experience.

Role Competencies :

● Deep craft knowledge;

● Ability to drive initiatives with R&D;

● Ability to collaborate with R&D on product improvements, new features, and architectural platform requirements;

● Ability to share knowledge across the SA chapter.

Business, product, and industry knowledge:

● Broad knowledge of the Backbase platform and technology stack;

● Ability to mitigate risks concerning delivery versus R&D roadmap roll-out.
