Job Description: Client Service Representative

Company Overview:
RB Direct Marketing, established in 2001, is a renowned marketing and advertising company with a large network of six full-fledged offices in Lahore, Rawalpindi, Karachi, Faisalabad, Multan, and Peshawar. Our major business interests lie in advertising, providing effective marketing solutions to our clients through activation and BTL.

Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining positive and professional relationships.
2. Understand clients' needs and effectively communicate them to the internal team.
3. Ensure timely delivery of projects and campaigns, meeting client expectations.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and develop innovative strategies for clients.
5. Monitor and evaluate campaign performance by analyzing data and metrics.
6. Address client concerns or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
7. Provide regular updates and reports to clients, highlighting their campaign progress.
8. Stay updated with industry trends and competitors, providing valuable insights to clients.

Job Specification

1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Client Service Representative in the marketing and advertising industry.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
4. Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6. Familiarity with CRM software and marketing tools.
7. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
8. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field preferred. Relevant certifications or additional courses in client servicing would be a plus.
