Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled customer service professional to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to targeted businesses in the United States to present our services.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our services to potential clients.
- Schedule appointments with interested and qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications.
Requirements:
- At least 6-8 months of experience in cold calling.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and articulate phone presence.
- Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with potential clients.
- Stable Internet connection and own WFH equipment.
