Position Overview

The Business Analyst - Sales (D365 CE) will be a key team member, contributing to the business transformation of a $2 billion USD company. The role involves designing, implementing, and supporting systems that enable business functions, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, and ensuring solutions meet business needs.

Responsibilities
  1. Gather and analyze business requirements, preparing functional specifications for configurations.
  2. Create and execute unit test cases and plans.
  3. Specify and communicate requirements for custom code, integrations, and reports.
  4. Collaborate with developers on technical designs and functional specifications.
  5. Support the configuration and customization of D365 CE applications.
  6. Participate in end-user requirement gathering, training, UAT, and system documentation.
  7. Ensure successful rollout of complex configurations on time and within budget.
  8. Maintain professional communication and project management standards.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in business process analysis and D365 CE implementation.
  • Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems, especially D365 CE, SAP, Oracle, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of Lead to Quote and Order to Cash processes.
  • Experience in configuring and customizing D365 CE applications.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science preferred.
