Position Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Immigration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), and will have a proven track record of managing various immigration files. You will be responsible for assessing client eligibility, preparing immigration applications, and advising clients on suitable immigration programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations to assess immigration needs and determine eligibility for Canadian immigration programs (e.g., Express Entry, PNP, LMIA, Family Sponsorship, Study/Work Permits, Visitor Visas)
• Prepare and submit immigration applications and supporting documentation to IRCC, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Monitor the status of applications and provide regular updates to clients
• Communicate with government agencies and respond to requests for additional information
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Canadian immigration policies, procedures, and regulatory changes
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide high-quality customer service throughout the immigration process
• Maintain detailed case notes and ensure compliance with CICC standards and ethical guidelines
• Represent the company professionally at networking events, client meetings, and immigration seminars

Requirements

• Must be a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) in good standing with the CICC
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in immigration consulting or a similar legal capacity
• Strong understanding of Canadian immigration law and immigration pathways
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client files simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and immigration case management software (e.g., EmClient, CaseEasy, or similar)

Preferred Qualifications

• Multilingual capabilities (e.g., French, Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Arabic) are considered an asset
• Experience working with corporate immigration, LMIA, or business immigration streams is an advantage
