Location: Islamabad (In-Office)

Hours: 5 PM – 2 AM PKT (EST Time)

Experience: 2–3 Years

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the entire hiring flow (CEO takes final call)
  • Recruit across ALL departments, AI wizards, Django devs, project ops legends
  • Build & manage your own recruitment crew (3–4 ppl)
  • Team up with C-levels & team leads to get sh\*t done
  • Set up + standardise our hiring process like a pro
  • Drive our employer brand, make people want to work with us
  • Keep the pace fast , the experience smooth , and the results real
  • Own KPIs like time-to-hire, candidate vibes, and offer accept rate

Who You Are

  • You've done tech hiring in PK before (2–3 yrs min)
  • Know your way around ATS/CRM tools
  • Fast, focused, and low on drama, you make hiring happen
  • You communicate like a boss, fluent in English, online or IRL
  • You break down big problems into small bites
  • You thrive on speed, not red tape
  • You're cool with the night shift (5 PM – 2 AM PKT)
