Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at HR Ways. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, communication with clients, and account management on a day-to-day basis in Islamabad.

Qualifications

  • New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
  • Strong Business and Communication skills
  • Experience in Account Management
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Other Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Media studies, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven Experience in bidding on platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr and managing sales platforms such as Clutch.io, Bark.
  • Expertise in Lead Generation and cold outreach utilizing tools like LinkedIn and Sales Navigator.
  • Strong Background in business development, marketing, and social media engagement strategies.
  • Exceptional Business Documentation skills.
  • Outstanding Networking Abilities, both in-person and through online platforms.
  • Intuitive and Eager to Learn, with a deep understanding of human behavior.
  • Fluency in Spoken & Written English.
