Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the compliance of all Environmental rules and regulation including legal, ARCELIK AS, Dawlance etc.
  • Compile Monthly & Quarterly environmental Monitoring reports.
  • Compile Record of Monthly Waste Quantities.
  • Support Team Leader Environment in maintaining the record of WMP, EMP, Environmental Monitoring (Monthly & Quarterly), monthly reports etc.
  • Assist Team Leader Environment in developing & preparing the Monthly Environmental reports.
  • Assist Team Leader Environment in developing Environmental statistics and presentations related to Environmental performance & Environmental Monitoring reports.
  • Follow up from different departments for Environmental projects.
  • Support in Implementation of Environmental Projects.
  • Conduct Environment internal audit evaluations for operations.
  • Monitor the Environmental Management System.
  • Assist Team Leader Environment in EMS implementation.
  • Investigate the root cause of Environmental complaints put forward by staff members, contractors and report the result to the Team Leader Environment.
  • Follow up to ensure that corrective actions are implemented where necessary and ensure that any certification requirements are complied with.
  • Monitor the implementation of Environmental Risk Assessment and inspect processes on floor.
  • Conduct Environmental Risk Assessment on floor.
  • Assist Team Leader Environment in the preparation of presentation for Environment meetings.
  • Ensure regular emergency response exercises and spill drills are conducted to ensure the highest level of preparedness in any emergency.
  • Maintain records of such drills, providing recommendations for emergency response improvements.
  • Ensure that operations employees, contractors and site visitors receive Environmental awareness training.
  • Conduct Environmental training on floor.
Requirements:
  • BS / B.E (Environmental Sciences or Engineering) or any discipline or DAE Mechanical.
  • 1-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Environmental Management System and Compliance Awareness.
